Standing at 1.88 meters tall and weighing 206 lbs, with a nearly perfect muscular physique, Woustong Joseph dominates bodybuilding competitions wherever he goes. Alongside his studies, this sport is a passion for him. "My passion for this sport began after my studies in agronomy. I started working and studying law at the same time. I no longer had time to play football, even though I was very passionate about it. I grew up near a football field and spent four years in the Capois Football Club ( FCC) training club led by coach Ronald Alexis. It was he who taught me to work hard to progress," recounted the agronomist to Ticket Magazine.

Woustong Joseph emphasizes that he didn't have enough time to play football, so he turned to weightlifting. "In Haiti, I trained almost every day without real supervision, without a training program or suitable nutrition. The conditions were very difficult, whether it was to find equipped gyms or for nutrition. Due to lack of knowledge and guidance, we sometimes did things incorrectly," recalls the champion of the FITLOG CLASSIC OPEN 2024 in the Open and Class Master 35 and over categories in Quebec.
