Kendy, alias “Jeff Mafia,” was shot dead this Sunday, December 15, during a clash with law enforcement in Lower Delmas, Port-au-Prince. The deputy spokesperson for the police institution confirmed the information to the press this Monday. According to Lionel Lazarre, several gang members were killed during police operations in Port-au-Prince.

According to Lazarre, the Haitian National Police (PNH) is working on several fronts, and clashes between police and gang members in Poste-Marchand, Nazon, Solino, and Lower Delmas during the night of December 14 to 15 are frequent.
