The Port-au-Prince Court of Appeal continues hearings for defendants in the case of President Jovenel Moïse’s assassination, where dozens of accused individuals have appealed against the ruling of investigating judge Walter W. Voltaire.
After hearing former Jacmel mayor Marky Kessa, the court moved on to the interrogation of defendant Joseph Félix Badio. Calm and appearing confident, Badio responded on Monday, February 9, for over an hour to questions from the prosecutor's office regarding his involvement in the assassination of President Jovenel Moïse.
