Former students of INAGHEI paid tribute to Professor Gérard Dorcély, their former dean, in early June 2025 in Florida.

Today, Rector Dorcély’s name is associated with the University of Port-au-Prince, which he heads; but in the past, it was the National Institute of Administration, Management, and Advanced International Studies (INAGHEI) that was his brainchild.
