This donation is the result of a partnership between the Japanese Embassy in Haiti and UNDP aimed at strengthening the operational capacities of the PNH, improving the mobility of its specialized units and intervention brigades in the field, and supporting emergency interventions, particularly in first aid and medical transportation.

According to representatives from UNDP and the Japanese Embassy in Haiti, these vehicles fully meet the technical specifications of the PNH in terms of agility, durability, and adaptability to field conditions. They will enable the PNH to increase its presence on the streets and respond more quickly and effectively to emergency calls from the population.
