The security situation is heavily impacting DINEPA’s construction sites, facilities, and operations in the metropolitan area of Port-au-Prince, Le Nouvelliste has learned.

Major investments from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), estimated at more than $20 million, have been severely disrupted by the current social and security context in Croix-des-Bouquets, Tabarre, Vivy Mitchell, and Mariani, DINEPA’s director, engineer Théophile Ostinvil, told Le Nouvelliste.
