The General Directorate of the General Administration of Customs (AGD) met with members of the press on Tuesday, October 4, 2025, at the Karibe Hotel for the launch of a new segment titled “Conversation with Customs.” Presented by customs authorities as a permanent space for dialogue, this initiative aims to ensure “broader dissemination of public interest information related to the operations and missions of Haitian customs.”

Around the table, several officials took the floor, including Emmanuel Noizir, Deputy Director of the Port Customs Office; Me Tisma Messoius, Director of Control; and Yvener Neptune, Deputy Director of Customs Surveillance. Together, they reviewed the actions carried out in recent weeks and presented the figures for October.
