The upcoming EU-CELAC Summit, which will open in Santa Marta, Colombia, on November 9, will be the perfect opportunity to do so.

Our friendship is built on shared values, rooted in democracy and freedom. On both sides, we stand for openness, partnership, and a rules-based multilateral order.
