The corruption allegations made by the Director General of the Ministry of Defense, Me Jean Ronel Sistani, against Minister Jean Michel Moïse have drawn the attention of the Anti-Corruption Unit (ULCC) and the Superior Court of Auditors and Administrative Disputes (CSCCA), Le Nouvelliste learned on Wednesday, February 4, 2026.

“Yes, the ULCC is investigating. A hearing is scheduled to take place this morning,” a source said, without providing further details. “The Superior Court of Auditors and Administrative Disputes (CSC/CA) will also set up a commission,” another source reported.
