The National School Canteen Program (PNCS) officially has a new General Coordinator. Installed in his position this Thursday, February 26, 2026, Luckson Philemond has set out a roadmap focused on performance, transparency, and institutional strengthening, in a context where school feeding remains a major issue for the Haitian education system.

During his inaugural address, the new official particularly thanked Prime Minister Alix Didier Fils-Aimé for instructing the Minister of National Education and Vocational Training, Antoine Augustin, to proceed with his appointment at the head of the PNCS. Luckson Philemond promised to translate this trust into concrete results.
