The formation of the post-CPT government has left quite a few signatories of the Pact for Stability and the Organization of Elections dissatisfied. This already appears to be jeopardizing the implementation of other provisions of the agreement, such as the establishment of the Monitoring Committee provided for in the pact signed between the Prime Minister, political actors, and members of civil society.

In general, the implementation of political agreements since 2021 has largely stopped after the distribution of responsibilities, commonly referred to as the sharing of positions within the public administration. After reaching that stage, some dissatisfied signatories of the Pact for Stability and the Organization of Elections are now conditioning their support on the establishment of the Monitoring Committee tasked with supervising compliance with this political agreement.
