A results-driven approach would require Prime Minister Alix Didier Fils-Aimé, backed by the support of the international community, to surround himself with the best possible technical experts in every position within his ministerial cabinet and at the head of general directorates.
For the moment, that is not the case. The Prime Minister has chosen his political allies, rather than prioritizing those who can deliver, who know how to do the job, and who have experience. He has opted to distribute missions and budgets to young figures and will have to wait to see what comes of it.
