In the absence of several key players from the Haitian women’s national football team, including Melchie Dumornay, Batcheba Louis, Dayana Pierre-Louis, and Kethna Louis, the Grenadières made short work of Anguilla, winning 5–0.

The players coached by Pia Sundhage opened the scoring through Florsie-Love Darlina Joseph (15th minute), who got her name on the scoresheet against the modest Anguillan side. Seven minutes later, Chelsea Domond (23rd) doubled the lead for Haiti, making it 2–0. Her goal came from a poorly cleared ball by Anguilla’s goalkeeper, well seized by the Grenadières’ forward.
