Olympique Lyonnais Women concluded their season in spectacular fashion. Inspired by a brilliant performance from Melchie Daëlle Dumornay, the Fenottes crushed Paris FC Women 5–0 on Friday, May 29, 2026, in the Arkema Première Ligue playoff final, securing a 19th French championship title.

Just days after the disappointment of losing the UEFA Women's Champions League final to FC Barcelona Femení, the Lyon side responded perfectly by delivering a commanding performance on the domestic stage.
