The 17 groups of political parties registered with the Electoral Council have not yet been approved to participate in the upcoming elections, whose first round is scheduled for December 13. A well-informed source within the Electoral Council provided Le Nouvelliste with the list of the 17 groups of political parties. The newspaper then verified, with the political actors concerned, the composition and official representatives of the majority of these new structures.
