Reynold Guerrier emphasized that, in the ongoing member registration process, as of September 4, 8,020,346 submitted members were rejected due to data mismatches. According to Mr. Guerrier, in these cases, the Unique National Identification Number (NINU) does not match the person's name or gender. He indicated that 3,089,408 of the submitted data showed duplicates and were thus rejected by the system.
