The survey on public perception of the ANESRS mission was launched on the recommendations of Jacques Abraham, High Commissioner for Higher Education and Scientific Research.

During the presentation of the results, Evens Emmanuel, representative of the associations of scientists and Haitian researchers within the agency, emphasized that the survey aimed to "document knowledge about the agency," "evaluate understanding of its mission," and "gauge perceptions of its contribution to the higher education and research system, as well as the priorities and challenges expected by stakeholders".
