The Ministry of National Education and Vocational Training (MENFP) announced, this Friday, October 23, 2026, the transformation of 101 schools into Fundamental Application Schools - Pedagogical Support Centers (EFACAP). The announcement was made during a press conference held at the General Inspection of the ministry, in Musseau.

These new institutions will join the 39 existing EFACAP already in nine departments of the country. According to the Minister of National Education, Vijonet Déméro, this decision aims to improve the quality of education and the learning conditions of students. He emphasized the important role of these structures in strengthening pedagogical practices within fundamental schools.
