The candidate of the Viktwa platform, Wilner Joseph, officially submitted his candidacy file for the presidency to the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) on Friday, November 6, 2026. The submission took place at the Departmental Electoral Office (BED) of the West 1.

Upon leaving, the candidate assured that he had gathered all the documents required by the updated electoral decree. “I have submitted all the documents required by the CEP in the updated electoral decree. By this act, I officially express my willingness to enter the electoral race,” he told the press. He added that this candidacy reflects his decision to tackle the issues confronting the country.
