For history and truth, Roseline Eloissaint is a pure product of the "HA735 Projects," which was a real sports movement bringing together young people (girls and boys) from the main neighborhoods of the departmental capital of Nippes, Miragoâne. Her career quickly took an upward turn as she soon joined the AS Tigresses. With the latter, she was crowned national champion between 2015 and 2016.

After exploring the Haitian women's football national championship, Roseline Eloissaint went to Canada in 2019 to play for AS Blainville and the Citadins de l'UQAM. After a successful trial in January 2020, she signed with FC Nantes (D2) in February of the same year. While her teammate Sherly Jeudy, who had also joined the Nantes team, was going to sign with Grenoble Foot 38, Roseline remained faithful to FC Nantes.
