In English: The Judicial Court of Paris has ruled in favor of the former president of the Haitian Football Federation, Yves Jean-Bart, in the defamation case brought against him by French journalist Romain Molina. The French justice system found the journalist guilty of defamation towards Mr. Jean-Bart. Stanley Gaston, one of the lawyers representing the former president of the FHF, confirmed the news when contacted by Le Nouvelliste.

"The complaint was filed in May 2020 after the publication of an article in The Guardian and two videos by Mr. Molina. The case was pleaded on March 27, 2023. The verdict was announced three months later. The French justice system acknowledges that Mr. Molina is guilty in relation to Dr. Jean-Bart," Mr. Gaston reported to Le Nouvelliste.
