On July 17th and 18th, Haiti will participate in the EU-CELAC Summit. Prime Minister Ariel Henry is expected to lead the Haitian delegation.

This Summit holds significant importance, considering that the European Union, which used to be Haiti's main donor, now represents a mere shadow of its former self.
