Since last week, Caricom was supposed to send the names of the members of the transitional Presidential Council to the resigned Prime Minister for legal proceedings. A close associate of Ariel Henry told Le Nouvelliste on Tuesday that the former head of the Prime Minister's office, who has been in Puerto Rico for several weeks, is committed to publishing the names in Le Moniteur immediately after receiving the official list.

As of Tuesday, March 19, 2024, the resigned Prime Minister had not yet received the list of members of the transitional Presidential Council. "Since last week, Caricom was supposed to send us the list of members of the Presidential Council. We are still waiting," said an influential member of the government who is in daily contact with Ariel Henry in Puerto Rico.
