The Montana Accord Monitoring Office (BSA) responded to allegations of corruption targeting members of the Transitional Presidential Council, government officials, and senior state employees. In a statement, a copy of which was provided to the editorial office, the BSA listed various accusations against the transitional leaders, including embezzlement of intelligence funds, bargaining for the prime minister position, and demanding bribes from the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the BNC. "Not a day goes by without a scandal within the Presidential Council or in its relations with the head of government. Meanwhile, the population has yet to see a clear signal from the government in its fight against insecurity, impunity, and poverty," the BSA denounced.

In response, the BSA urged organized sectors of society to unite and oppose the misconduct of the CPT and the government. The BSA called on these sectors to demand the publication, implementation, and respect of the April 3 agreement, which outlines the guidelines for upholding the rule of law; the removal of implicated authorities to facilitate the work of justice; the immediate conduct of administrative investigations to identify, prosecute, and sanction corrupt individuals within the CPT, the government, and public administration in general; and the establishment of all transitional bodies.
