By October 31, 2024, all public institutions were required to submit updated inventories of their movable and immovable assets to the Ministry of Economy and Finance. "As of now, many public institutions have yet to submit their asset inventories to the Court," wrote CSCCA President Rogavil Boisguéné to the Minister of Economy and Finance, Alfred Metellus, on November 28, 2024.

President Boisguéné, as learned by Le Nouvelliste, also reminded the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) that on October 18, 2024, he had sent a letter to then-Minister Marie D.A. Ketleen Florestal, referring to the obligations laid out in Article 10 of the General Public Accounting Regulations of February 16, 2005, and Article 5, paragraph II of the November 23, 2005 decree establishing the Organization and Functioning of the CSCCA. This mandates public institutions to submit their updated asset inventories to the MEF, which then forwards them to the CSCCA.
