Prime Minister Alix Didier Fils-Aimé took part, on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, via videoconference, in a high-level meeting with the United Nations Security Council. The information was announced by the Prime Minister’s Office through a press release shared with Le Nouvelliste.

During this meeting, the Haitian government expressed its support for the resolution aimed at transforming the MSS into a gang repression force.
