The Ministry of Planning and External Cooperation (MPCE), in collaboration with the Center for Planning Techniques and Applied Economics (CTPEA), launched, on Monday, June 22, 2026, the first week of a training program in public policy formulation and public investment management for the UEPs, with a view to improving public policy performance.

“This initiative aims to modernize public administration and improve the effectiveness of public action through the development of the technical skills of State officials. Focused on the formulation, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of public policies, this training combines theoretical input, case studies, simulations, as well as practical exercises aimed at strengthening the operational capacities of participants,” the MPCE’s communications office stressed in a press release.
