The Court of Cassation concluded a three-day institutional retreat on Friday, July 17, during which the honorable judges of the bench and the prosecutor’s office adopted a series of decisions intended to strengthen the quality of case law, improve the drafting of rulings, speed up the processing of certain procedures and modernize the tools used to disseminate court decisions.

Held from July 15 to 17 in Pétion-Ville, the retreat brought the judges together for working sessions devoted to examining legal issues, selecting the rulings to be published in the Bulletin of Rulings, presenting the future Review of the Court of Cassation and officially launching the institution’s new website.
