If the city of Mirebalais remains under the current conditions, there will be no way to reach Hinche, Cerca-la-Source, Maïssade, Cerca-Carvajal or Thomonde,” Mayor Lochard Laguerre explained, recalling that Mirebalais remains the main route connecting the other municipalities of the Lower Central Plateau.
