Prime Minister Ariel Henry, less than a week after political discussions in Jamaica, expressed his commitment to expand the High Council of the Transition (HCT), initiate the process of constitutional review, restore a secure environment, and establish a CEP (Provisional Electoral Council) that inspires confidence to organize elections, in a series of tweets on Monday, June 19, 2023.

"I commit to launching the process of constitutional review with the HCT, forming a government of national unity, and working with the partners of the December 21, 2022 Consensus to broaden the composition of the HCT to include other compatriots," he tweeted.
