June 27, 1823 - June 27, 2023. The Chamber of Auditors, which became the Superior Court of Auditors and Administrative Disputes, is celebrating its bicentennial. The CSCCA joins the ranks of bicentennial Haitian institutions. Personalities from all walks of life came to pay homage to this prestigious institution. A eucharistic mass was celebrated on this occasion.

The main celebrant of the mass, Bishop Pierre-Raymond Dumas, took the opportunity to implore the grace and blessings of perpetual assistance upon this institution that, he said, we love so much. "There is no serious country without true politicians," Bishop Dumas remarked, taking a jab at those who focus on public finances for personal gain. "Politicians should not be concerned with each other; instead, they should be prepared to be held accountable," said Dumas, stating that accountability culture not only combats poverty but also creates wealth, produces more, creates jobs for young people, and works for equitable development.
