Seven judges join the list of non-certified magistrates by the CSPJ after processing 82 cases submitted by the Technical Certification Commission. In January 2023, the CSPJ had already published a list of 28 non-certified judges for lack of moral integrity and other reasons.

The second list includes the names of judges Dudié Prophète, substitute judge at the Quartier-Morin Peace Court, not certified for blatant lack of moral integrity through extorting litigants. Luc Kerlin Charles, substitute judge at the Saut d'Eau Peace Court, not certified for having fake high school diplomas (baccalaureate I and II). Lyonel Ralph Dimanche, former dean of the Croix-des-Bouquets Court of First Instance, not certified for involvement in proven cases of misappropriation, and Bruno Leriche, judge and investigating judge of the same jurisdiction, flagged for the same offenses.
