According to the statements of Carlo Marcelin, president of the Excellence Football Academy in Léogâne, better known as Exafoot, Maudeline Moryl started playing football when she was 9 years old. She initially played for the Anacaona SC team, as Exafoot did not yet have a women's team. Moryl made an unsuccessful attempt to join the Camp Nous Academy. However, she was deemed too timid by Fiorda Charles and was sent home before eventually joining the team presided over by the former general secretary of the Haitian Football Federation (FHF) and winning the 2021 edition of the Haitian women's football championship. She persisted and eventually earned her place at the Camp Nous training center, becoming one of its top talents.

Alongside Florsie-Love Darlina Joseph, she is part of the new wave of Grenadières who settled in France in 2022. She now wears the jersey of Grenoble Foot 38 (relegated to D3), a team coached by the national team manager, Nicolas Delépine, where she is a regular starter.
