Certainly, what stands out in the Haitian judicial landscape are the recurring strikes by its system's stakeholders.
The judicial year 2023-2024, which commenced in October, is no exception to the pattern. Already, two strike calls are causing disruptions in the country's courts. The strike initiated by the Collective of Standing Magistrates of Haiti (COMADH) on Monday, November 20, has not concluded, and the National Association of Haitian Court Clerks (ANAGH) has announced their strike starting this Tuesday.
