"All the institutions in this area have been attacked: the midwifery school, the general hospital, the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy of the State University of Haiti, the hospital under construction, the hospital chaplaincy office, the church, the parish premises. The entire sector has been vandalized," said an employee of the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy who witnessed the recent events.

Among the institutions attacked in the last two days is the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy of the State University of Haiti. "The incidents include the disappearance of buses, the removal of solar panels, and the looting of the cafeteria. It is worth noting that archive documents had been relocated and secured by the Dean's Office well before the incident," emphasized a representative of the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy of the State University of Haiti.
