After hesitations and delays, the Presidential Transition Council / Conille administration has finally taken office. The country now has a new administration to tackle the serious and urgent problems that plague the daily lives of Haitians. The situation is so dire that the new authorities should not even have an observation period. They must get to work immediately, without delay. It seems they must act quickly and effectively. The observation time that Prime Minister Garry Conille and his cabinet should have had has been exhausted by the CPT, which has been in place for over two months.

From March until now, there have been numerous meetings, negotiations, visits, and even promises. It is now up to the newly installed ministers, each in their respective fields, to fulfill the promises that were made. They must also do better than their predecessors, who failed to find the right strategy to alleviate the suffering of Haitians. On the contrary, all problems worsened during Ariel Henry's three-year tenure, despite having full powers. The worst situation the country could experience is the continuation of this ineffective administration, which must bear responsibility for the current chaos before history. It's not that previous leaders are blameless, but the Henry administration completed what they began.
