The police arrested Officer Jean Andersen Cantave, an agent assigned to the Departmental Unit for the Maintenance of Order (UDMO) in West-I, and his wife Nathalie Michel, the sister of the late Officer Nathanielle Médjine Michel, for their alleged involvement in her murder on Wednesday, August 28, 2024, according to the Haitian National Police (PNH).

Officer Nathanielle Médjine Michel, from the 28th promotion of the PNH, was on her way to her post at the Delmas 75 police station when she was attacked in the Cassagnol 20 area by an individual driving a white Toyota Land Cruiser with red stripes.
