An iconic figure in 2000s konpa music, Carimi left a lasting mark on Haitian music and the Haitian diaspora. After years of silence, Carlo Vieux, Richard Cavé, and Mickael Guirand will reunite for this one-time concert, an event imbued with deep symbolism, organized by Konpa Kingdom and Jay Upscale. This concert represents both an artistic revival and an emotional reconciliation with fans who continue to mourn the 2022 tragedy.

The trio of Carlo, Richard, and Mickael transformed konpa music by infusing it with contemporary sounds and diverse influences. Their success quickly transcended Haiti’s borders, notably reaching the U.S., where the Haitian diaspora significantly boosted their popularity. However, their 2016 breakup left an enormous void in fans' hearts, who have long hoped for a reunion.
