Dr. Jean Patrick Alfred, director of the Studies and Programming Unit at the Ministry of Public Health and Population (UEP/MSPP), was awarded the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO) prize for the management and leadership of health services for 2024 during the organization’s general assembly last September.
 

On Wednesday, October 30, the Ministry of Public Health and Population held an event to honor this professional who has dedicated a significant part of his career to public health. In advance of this event, he gave an interview to the daily newspaper Le Nouvelliste, reflecting on his journey and commitment to the ministry that led to his prestigious award.
