"The prosecutor's office of Croix-des-Bouquets never rests, despite not having a permanent home," said Government Commissioner Carl Giovanni Aubourg, who shows no frustration despite this challenging situation. "I am working to restore the prestige of the prosecutor’s office. I work tirelessly every day," said the head of prosecution in Croix-des-Bouquets.

"My goal is to bring the prosecutor's office back to Croix-des-Bouquets. For now, the civil registry office allows us to hear defendants; sometimes we take them to the police station for questioning. Several requests to Interim Executive Agent Nice Simon to grant us unused spaces have not been approved," Magistrate Aubourg said, expressing disappointment. He added that the Minister of Justice, Me Carlos Hercule, is working hard to find a location for the prosecutor’s office.
