The graduation ceremony for the 34th cohort, named Vertières, took place on Friday, January 10, 2024, in Frères, in the presence of diplomats, members of the Presidential Transition Council, Prime Minister Alix Didier Fils-Aimé, the President of the Supreme Court, Jean-Joseph Lebrun, government officials, and other dignitaries.

These new officers are tasked with strengthening the PNH in its battle against major crime and armed violence across the nation. The Minister of Justice and Public Security, Patrick Pélissier, praised the sacrifices made by these graduates. "You are graduating at a time when the population is yearning for peace and security. A police officer is, above all, a servant. You are here to serve. Serve the population while respecting the rights and freedoms of every citizen," he advised.
