In his opening remarks, the governor emphasized that the program serves a threefold purpose: “to reduce the digital divide by strengthening the technological infrastructure; to address the immediate and upcoming needs of the financial sector in a context marked by brain drain; and to enhance the protection of our digital space against cyber risks to ensure financial stability, which is one of BRH’s primary missions.”

The launch of this program, which coincided with the celebration of International Education Day on January 24, underscores BRH’s commitment to social responsibility, Ronald Gabriel stated. “This program will address current and future needs of the economic and financial sectors. It aims to improve the employability of young people,” he continued, stressing the importance of implementing a retention policy to keep trained professionals in the country.
