The main political figures of the Superior Council of the National Police (CSPN) are now known. Prime Minister Alix Didier Fils-Aimé, a businessman and unsuccessful candidate in the last senatorial elections, is a newcomer to the intense heat of state management and presides over the CSPN. Being Prime Minister and President of the Superior Council of the National Police are his first responsibilities within the Haitian state.
The Minister of Justice, Patrick Pelissier, is at the very least transparent. An attorney with an impressive academic background and a human rights activist, he leaves little imprint. He gives the impression of delegating his responsibilities where firm leadership and personal commitment are needed.
