Prime Minister Alix Didier Fils-Aimé, questioned this Thursday following the protest against insecurity held on Wednesday, March 19, 2025, near the Villa d’Accueil in Musseau, stated that “he understands, hears, and lives the reality of insecurity” and affirmed that he is continuing his work to restore security. “We hear them, we understand them, and we are living through the same insecurity. We continue to work for them just as we have been doing. We have only one concern: the restoration of security so the population can go about its daily life. We have heard. We understand. And we will not stop working for the population,” emphasized Prime Minister Alix Didier Fils-Aimé to Le Nouvelliste on Thursday, March 20, 2025.
That same Thursday, Le Nouvelliste learned, a strategic meeting was held at the headquarters of the Haitian National Police (PNH) in Clercine.
