The President of the Superior Council of the Judiciary (CSPJ), Jean-Joseph Lebrun, has delegated his powers to his colleague at the Court of Cassation, Magistrate Barthélemy Alténor, representative of the judges of the Court of Cassation to the 5th Judiciary at the CSPJ, during his absence.

President Lebrun, who is expected to undergo medical treatment following a health issue, complied with the regulations set by the law establishing the CSPJ by entrusting responsibility to the Vice President of the Council, who is none other than the Honorable Magistrate Barthélemy Alténor.
