Two short videos, one from Cap Viral News and another, unmarked, went viral on social media on Thursday, May 8, 2025.

In the first video, while the President of the Transitional Presidential Council (CPT), Fritz Alphonse Jean, is heard speaking about the recruitment of young people into gangs, infrastructures... the footage captured shows a counselor, sitting in the second row, playing on his phone like a frantic kid, moving game pieces around.
