Without knowing if it would be possible, the Transitional Presidential Council (CPT) had announced the holding of the referendum on May 11 for the new proposed Constitution. Today, no one is able to set a date for the realization of this referendum. In a correspondence sent on May 12 to the president of the Steering Committee, the Presidency criticized the silence of Enex Jean-Charles and urged him to submit the document.
