This new manual is intended for principals of public schools and sets out the provisions to be followed and applied in their daily practices to carry out their tasks and missions with efficiency and effectiveness. It serves as a management guide and code of ethics for high schools across the Republic.

The Departmental Director of Education for the West, Louisseul Étienne France, described this manual as a fundamental reference framework. “This newly updated document is at once an administrative guide, a pedagogical reference, and a code of ethics. It must now serve as the foundation for educational action within our high schools,” he stated while presenting the manual to the principals present at the ceremony.
