The Académie française unveiled, this Thursday, October 2, the list of ten novels selected for its 2025 Grand Prix du Roman. A second selection will be announced on October 16, before the proclamation of the winner, scheduled for October 30.

“We are happy and honored,” reacted the publishing house Sabine Wespieser on Facebook. The bookstore La Pléiade also hailed what it considers to be “great news,” while announcing that Passagères de nuit will very soon be available on its shelves.
