Named “Kaizen,” the graduating class (2023–2025) includes young graduates in electromechanics, telecommunications, computer network technology, and industrial maintenance mechanics. The awarding of diplomas took place in a festive atmosphere, in the presence of representatives from the National Institute of Vocational Training (INFP), several business leaders, as well as the parents and relatives of the graduates.
In his address, CFPH Director General, Brother Gary Pierre, emphasized the symbolic significance of the class name to encourage the new graduates to carry the torch high. “Your class bears a name with deep meaning. Kaizen means change for the better. It is a philosophy that invites us to progress step by step, to strive every day to do better than the day before. It is also a permanent invitation never to remain stagnant. This name is not a coincidence. It embodies the spirit that must guide you forever: always progressing, always learning,” declared Gary Pierre.
